I started Cookielandia Bakery because I wanted to create something that truly belonged to me — a space to show my passion, my creativity, and the flavours I’ve always loved.

Even though I’d been baking for years, I had never made a cookie until one day I tried… and everything changed.

I began experimenting with the flavours that feel like home to me — lemon, espresso, and all the tastes I adore. I wasn’t inventing something new; I was transforming my favourite flavours into cookies. Some batches failed, some surprised me, and each one became part of my journey.

Cookielandia Bakery began in my home kitchen, with trays everywhere and the smell of butter and sugar filling the house. My first real step was setting up a tiny gazebo bakery at Ilford Market — simple, humble, but mine.

Sharing my bakes has always been the heart of what I do. From neighbours to coworkers to customers, every cookie I handed over felt like a small moment of connection.

Cookielandia Bakery exists because I believe baking is comfort, creativity, and community. Every flavour I create and every market I show up to carries that belief.
