Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

We currently ship to all regions of the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Shipping Times

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Fresh Guarantee: All cookies are baked the same day they are dispatched (every Thursday)
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days after shipping.
All orders are dispatched every Thursday.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
